The teaching and learning programme offered to students in the Kindergarten classes follows the principles outlined within the Department of Education of Western Australia.
A fundamental characteristic of the programme is the promotion of students’ enjoyment of learning. In kindergarten there is also focus on social skills and becoming more independent.
Special Days
Throughout the year many special days are celebrated. Some examples may include:
- Birthdays (children are invited to bring a cake to share)
- Mothers and Fathers day
- Easter
- Christmas.
If you do not want your child to participate in our special days, please notify your child’s classroom teacher.
