Yesterday we held a special morning tea in the library to thank our dedicated group of volunteers for all of their hard work during the year. 70 invitations were sent out and approximately 40 were in attendance. The volunteers were joined by the staff in the library where we all enjoyed a delicious morning tea prepared by the staff at Yale as a token of our appreciation and to say thank you for all the support across the school.
The volunteers are important part of our school community and there are many projects at our school that would not be achieved without their hard work and commitment. We do appreciate their selfless service to the school.
Sumo Wrestling activities were held to reward the students who have demonstrated good attitude and behaviour during Japanese lessons this term.
All students who participated had lots of fun!
The students from middle and senior Japanese extension classes have been practising drumming this term and they will be performing at the End of Year Concert on Wednesday 5th December.
